Toumani Camara scores 14 as Blazers dominate Lions in preseason win
In a preseason exhibition, the Portland Trail Blazers faced the London Lions and posted a 119-66 victory. Toumani Camara contributed 14 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 1 turnover and 1 personal foul in 15 minutes of play.
Camara was efficient from the floor, converting 4 of 7 field-goal attempts and 2 of 5 three-point tries. He was perfect from the charity stripe, making all 4 free-throw attempts. His plus-minus rating was +16, indicating the Blazers outscored the Lions by 16 points while he was on the court.
The dominant team performance was reflected in the final margin, and Camara’s shooting accuracy and positive impact on the scoreboard added to the overall success. The win does not affect the Blazers’ regular-season record, as preseason results are not counted toward standings.
