Nuggets – Clippers 110-122 · Preseason
Nikola Jokić Posts Modest Stat Line in Nuggets Preseason Loss
The Denver Nuggets fell 110-122 to the Los Angeles Clippers in a preseason exhibition game. As a non-regular-season contest, the result does not affect any official standings.
Nikola Jokić recorded 5 points on 1/6 shooting from the field, missed his only three-point attempt (0/1), and converted 3 of 4 free throws. He added 6 rebounds, split between 1 offensive and 5 defensive boards, along with 7 assists. Defensively he logged 1 steal, no blocks, 2 turnovers and 4 personal fouls. Jokić’s plus-minus was +4 while he was on the court, and he played 17 minutes.
Despite Jokić’s contributions across scoring, rebounding and playmaking, the Nuggets were unable to overcome the Clippers’ scoring output, resulting in the preseason loss.
